Team Coaching
Team Coaching can combine three major categories :
Facilitation : together, the coach and the manager work to prepare meetings, to set-up the design and implementation of a methodology to orchestrate meetings and enable the coachee to achieve his/her objectives.
Team building : the coach is appointed by a manager or a steering committee to help him to create a collective dynamic in a context of changes or crisis, work on missions and values, establish a new team, promote innovative projects, mergers, commercial challenges, new strategy.
Team coaching : the coach is appointed by a team ensure common goals or identified problems are achieved.
